Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using ZiadaKamao. By creating an account or using any part of our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
ZiadaKamao ("we", "our", "the platform") is an AI-powered side income and career growth platform designed for professionals in Pakistan. The platform uses artificial intelligence to recommend income streams, generate personalised 28-day action plans and career growth plans, and provide daily tasks, tips, 15-minute skill lessons, quizzes, and income tracking tools. It also includes several marketplaces and community tools: the Collaboration Board (a free job marketplace, section 8), a curated Job Board (section 9), Sell Your Services (a gig marketplace, section 12), the Ideas Wall (section 14), a Digital Visiting Card (section 13), and optional paid Expert Services (section 11). The platform itself is free to use (section 4). ZiadaKamao is also available as a Chrome browser extension that mirrors parts of your dashboard in a new tab — using it requires an existing ZiadaKamao account and is governed by these same Terms; what the extension itself can access is described in a separate Extension Privacy Policy.
You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Pakistan to use ZiadaKamao. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@ziadakamao.com if you suspect any unauthorised access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account.
You may register using an email address and password or via Google OAuth. Each person may hold only one account. Depending on how you sign up, your account is placed into one role — earner, freelancer, client, seller, or Visiting Card only — each with its own dashboard and features described throughout these Terms; you can switch roles from Settings where switching is available.
ZiadaKamao is currently free for everyone, with one exception: personalised plans — the personalised 28-day plan (section 5) and a personalised Career Growth plan (section 15) — are each a one-time payment of PKR 299. Every other platform feature — daily tasks and AI task guidance, daily tips, income tracking, Career Growth roadmaps, the Collaboration Board, Job Board, Sell Your Services, the Digital Visiting Card, and the community — is available to every account at no charge. There is no subscription, no free trial that expires, and no payment card required.
Because AI features cost us money to run, they are subject to reasonable fair-use limits — for example, a personalised plan can be rebuilt only after a short cooldown. We may adjust these limits to keep the platform available to everyone.
If we introduce paid plans in the future, we will announce them on the platform and notify you by email before they take effect. You will never be charged unless you explicitly choose to buy a paid plan. Expert Services (section 11) are optional, separate from the platform, and are only billed after you agree to the scope and price confirmed with you.
When you sign up as a 30-Day Plan user, we ask you to choose an income stream and tell us about yourself — your profession, skills, work experience, education, languages, certifications, projects, achievements, interests, available hours per week, and monthly income target — and you can then request your personalised 28-day plan for a one-time payment of PKR 299. Our team contacts you by WhatsApp or email to collect payment; once it is received, we prepare your plan and add it to your account, normally within 24 hours, and your daily tasks come from that plan from then on. Nothing is charged until you choose to pay. The plan is AI-assisted content and is subject to sections 6 and 7.
The platform uses AI (powered by Anthropic's Claude models) to generate income stream recommendations, action plans, personalised plans, career growth plans, daily tasks, tips, skill lessons, and quiz questions. This content is generated based on your profile inputs and is intended as general guidance only. It does not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying the suitability of any recommendation before acting on it.
AI-generated content may occasionally contain inaccuracies. We continuously improve our prompts and models but cannot guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI output for your specific situation.
ZiadaKamao provides tools, guidance, and plans to help you pursue side income and career growth. We do not guarantee any specific level of income, promotion, job offer, or hiring outcome. Earning estimates shown on the platform (such as income range per stream) are based on market data and are illustrative only. Actual results depend on your skills, effort, consistency, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
The Collaboration Board is a free job marketplace within the platform where users can post overflow work ("Jobs") or submit private, sealed bids ("Bids") to be hired for one. ZiadaKamao acts solely as a facilitator that connects posters and bidders — we are not a party to, and do not guarantee, mediate, insure, or process payment for, any agreement formed between a poster and a bidder. All payment, delivery, quality, and scope arrangements are made directly between the two users and are their sole responsibility.
Bids are sealed — only the job poster can see the full list of bids, and other bidders cannot see competing prices. Once a poster accepts a bid, all other bids on that job are automatically rejected, an in-app chat thread is opened between the two matched users, and each user's phone number becomes visible to the other so they can coordinate directly (including via WhatsApp). You are responsible for the accuracy of any job or bid you post and for conducting your own due diligence before accepting a bid or agreeing to work.
We do not guarantee that any job will receive bids, that any bid will be accepted, or any particular outcome, timeline, or payment from a Collaboration Board engagement. We reserve the right to remove any job, bid, or account found to violate these Terms, to be fraudulent, or to misuse the marketplace (including, but not limited to, circumventing the sealed-bid system or harassment of other users).
The Job Board is a feed of job listings our team curates and posts (typically sourced from shared messages such as WhatsApp posts) for every ZiadaKamao user to browse. We are not the employer for any listing and do not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy, legitimacy, or availability of any job, company, or contact detail shown. You are responsible for exercising your own judgement before applying to, or communicating with, any listing.
You may apply to a listing directly from the ZiadaKamao Chrome extension, which uses AI to draft a personalised application email from your profile that you can review and edit before sending. Sending requires connecting your own Gmail account (a separate, opt-in step — see our Extension Privacy Policy) and, once connected, sends the email as you, from your own Gmail account, to the listed contact address, with your uploaded resume attached if you've added one. You are solely responsible for the content, accuracy, and consequences of any application email you choose to send. We do not guarantee that any application will receive a response, interview, or job offer.
Once a bid is accepted on the Collaboration Board, or a service bid is accepted on Sell Your Services, the two matched users can message each other directly within the platform to coordinate the work. You agree to use this messaging feature only for legitimate communication related to that engagement, and not to send unlawful, abusive, or harassing content. We do not actively monitor private conversations, but may review message content in response to a report, dispute, or legal request, and may suspend accounts that misuse this feature.
ZiadaKamao offers optional, paid, done-for-you services (including freelancing consultation, gig optimization, profile optimization, and resume/CV building, collectively "Services") delivered by our team or partnered experts. Prices shown on the Services pages are indicative "starting from" rates; the final scope and price for any Services engagement is confirmed directly with you after you submit a request, and no work begins until you agree to that scope and price.
Services are advisory and optimization work only. We do not guarantee any specific outcome from a Service (such as a particular gig ranking, number of orders, profile views, or client outcome) — results depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platform algorithms (e.g. Fiverr, Upwork, LinkedIn) that we do not operate.
Sell Your Services is a separate gig marketplace where sellers list their own services ("Gigs") with a price and delivery time, and buyers submit bids to hire them. Every newly posted Gig is reviewed by our team before it goes live; we may approve, reject, or later remove a Gig at our discretion, including if it violates these Terms, is fraudulent, or misrepresents what will be delivered. As with the Collaboration Board, ZiadaKamao is solely a facilitator — we are not a party to, and do not guarantee, mediate, insure, or process payment for, any agreement between a buyer and a seller. All payment, delivery, quality, and scope arrangements are the sole responsibility of the two users involved.
Once a seller accepts a bid, an in-app chat thread opens between buyer and seller (section 10 applies). After a Gig is completed, a buyer may leave a public rating and written review of the seller's service; reviews must reflect a genuine experience with that Gig, and we may remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to the service delivered. We do not guarantee that any Gig will receive bids or sales, or any particular outcome, timeline, or payment from a Sell Your Services engagement.
If you claim a username, ZiadaKamao publishes a Digital Visiting Card for your account at ziadakamao.com/<username> — a public page, reachable by anyone with the link, without needing to log in. Your card can include your name, contact details, job title, company, and the professional profile information you've entered (skills, experience, certifications, projects, and similar), along with any custom branding or social links you add. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of everything you publish on your card and for deciding what to include.
Usernames are claimed on a first-come basis, may not use a reserved or platform-conflicting word, and can be reclaimed or reset by us if abandoned or used to impersonate another person or brand. You can disable or delete your card at any time from My Visiting Card; we may also disable a card without affecting the rest of your account if it's found to violate these Terms.
The Ideas Wall lets you post a business idea or a suggestion to improve ZiadaKamao for other users to like and comment on. If your post reaches 500 likes within 3 days of posting, it becomes eligible for a PKR 500 reward. Reaching the threshold makes a post eligible for review — it does not automatically guarantee payout. We review eligible posts before paying out and may deny a reward where we reasonably suspect manipulated engagement (bought or bot likes, coordinated multi-account voting, or similar), a duplicate or plagiarised idea, or any other violation of these Terms. Payout timing and method are coordinated with you directly once your post is confirmed eligible. Only one reward is paid per eligible idea, regardless of further likes it receives afterward. We may change the reward amount, threshold, window, or discontinue the Ideas Wall promotion at any time, without it affecting ideas already paid out.
Personalised income plans are built inside your account during onboarding (section 5). Career Growth roadmaps — plans built around a specific goal such as switching jobs, getting promoted, finding a new job after a layoff, or starting out as a fresh graduate — are requested through a public form that does not require an existing account, and cost a one-time PKR 299, collected by our team before the roadmap is prepared. Information you submit through that form — your name, contact details, and the career context you provide — is used solely to generate and deliver your roadmap.
Once your roadmap is ready, we may create an account on your behalf using the email address you provided and email you the login details. If an account with that email already exists, we link the roadmap to it instead. Roadmaps are AI-generated content and carry the same guidance-only nature and no-guarantee-of-outcome disclaimers described in sections 6 and 7.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these obligations without prior notice.
The community feed is a space for professionals to share wins, learnings, and encouragement. Keep posts relevant to income-building, respectful, and constructive. Spam, promotional content unrelated to the platform, and hate speech are not permitted and will result in removal of the post and potential account suspension.
All platform content, branding, designs, logos, and software are the intellectual property of ZiadaKamao. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without our written consent.
Content you submit to the platform (income logs, profile data, community posts, Ideas Wall posts, Gig and job listings) remains yours. By submitting it, you grant us a licence to use it to operate and improve the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by Pakistani law, ZiadaKamao and its team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of income, business opportunities, or data. This includes any dispute, non-payment, non-delivery, or dissatisfaction arising from a Collaboration Board or Sell Your Services engagement between users, which is a matter solely between those users, and any decision on Ideas Wall payout eligibility, which is made at our sole discretion under section 14. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount, if any, you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Doing so removes your access to the platform and the content tied to your account — including your job posts, bids, Gigs, reviews, Digital Visiting Card, notes, and sticky notes. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the platform ends immediately. We may retain anonymised, aggregated data for platform improvement purposes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
